Breedestraat 44

Partially attached building with the ridge running parallel to Breedestraat. One storey with a roof. Gabled roof over the main section, with an adjoining lean-to roof over the front gallery. The gabled roof is enclosed on the western side by a stepped gable with a simply moulded finial, consisting of a small triangular pediment above a rectangular moulded frame. On the front façade, one dormer with an overhanging lean-to roof and a vertical window.
