The Curaçao Monument Fund Foundation (MFC) was founded in 1992 by the government. The mission of the MFC is “to promote the restoration and conservation of Curaçao monuments and historic Willemstad in general, through subsidies, financing and advice”.The vision of the MFC is “an efficient organization that responds to the changing (financial) needs of monument owners and business titleholders in general and Willemstad World Heritage City in particular”.
